Ur so lucky to see me twice Try with google Sketchup Thats the most basic thing in the world and its really easy....no need of knowledge i remember it was for my homework when i was 14.... just find a good instructions if u like i can PM u how to but im not sure when i could actually do that :P.....

May i ask why you need those things?
And what do you need to make in flash? I just have a little experience with flash, but maybe i can help.

It's for school. I'd do it myself otherwise but I missed many classes when I was sick and I don't know that shit :/ the flash-presentations content can be whatever but has to have these things: three - four scenes (pages) or UILoader-feature, with 3-4 files, navigation buttons, text, images, some sounds and a video

I agree with Rio on the 3d modeling, roll with Google Scetch up, check out few tutorials for it from youtube and you're set.
